The trial is 14 live days and up to 200 answered minutes, whichever comes first, on your own line. The clock starts when call routing to Emma is live, not when you enquire. No card is needed to start, and we will warn you at 75% and 90% of your minutes.
As a lower-commitment option, we can answer only the calls your desk misses, for up to two Saturdays, and send you a summary of what was captured. Nothing on your existing line changes unless you ask.
After the trial, the Growth plan is £249 per month (no VAT while we are not VAT registered), including 500 answered minutes, cancellable monthly. The standard one-off setup fee is £450; for the first 10 founding garages that setup fee is waived. Prices may change for new customers on notice.
Emma answers calls, checks the vehicle on the DVLA database, and captures a job for your team to accept, decline or call back. She does not diagnose faults, quote repair prices, or book work into your garage software. Your team confirms every job.
