If you fill in the form, we collect your garage name, first name, mobile number and, if you choose to give it, a vehicle registration. We use these only to contact you about a free trial or a Saturday missed-call audit of our Emma voice receptionist, and to set that up. Our lawful basis is your consent, and our legitimate interest in responding to an enquiry you started.
If you agree to cookies, we use the Meta (Facebook) advertising pixel to measure our ads. Nothing loads until you choose "Allow" on the cookie banner. You can decline and the page still works.
When a registration is read out to the Emma demo, it is checked against the DVLA vehicle database to confirm the car. Demo and trial calls may be recorded so we can improve the service; callers are told at the start of the call.
We use trusted providers to run the service (for example our voice, messaging and hosting suppliers). We do not sell your data. Some providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry or trial, and then a reasonable period for our records, after which we delete them.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you, at any time. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
